This issue brings together two of the era’s most powerful and iconic heroines: Avengelyne, the fallen angel destined to fight the forces of evil on Earth, and Glory (Gloriana Demeter), the half-Amazon, half-demon warrior.
The story involves both heroes confronting a threat powerful enough to defeat them both, likely involving one of Avengelyne’s demonic enemies like the villain B’liale. The central conflict of the issue involves the two fierce and headstrong characters—one an emissary of Heaven and the other a champion of the Amazonian realm—initially clashing due to their differing personalities and methods.
Ultimately, the heroes must overcome their own differences and work together to prevent a dark supernatural enemy from achieving a critical goal. This issue is a direct continuation of the storyline from the Avengelyne mini-series.
