Kadabra’s Vengeance: The villain Abra Kadabra reveals his full, petty plan: he’s not just a time-traveling criminal; he’s from a future where Wally West stopped him permanently. He blames Wally and is consumed by a personal jealousy that led him to collaborate with the unseen force that erased the Titans’ memories.

Linda Park in Peril: Kadabra mocks Wally for being too slow, having kidnapped Linda Park (Wally’s lost love) and tied her up. She still has no memory of Wally, which Kadabra gloats is the key to breaking Wally’s spirit. Kadabra reveals that he wants to push Wally so fast that he loses himself permanently in the Speed Force, just as the villain once did.

The Team is Split: The rest of the Titans split into groups to hit the locations Lilith (Omen) implanted in their minds, but they are immediately ambushed and overwhelmed by Kadabra’s powerful clones of the Teen Titans.

Wally’s “Lightning Rod”: Kadabra confirms that Linda is Wally’s “lightning rod”—the anchor that keeps him from losing himself to the Speed Force. But since this version of Linda doesn’t love Wally or remember him, she can no longer serve that function, leaving him vulnerable.

Climactic Victory: Wally is forced to push his speed and power to its absolute limit to defeat Kadabra and rescue Linda, managing to neutralize the threat and save his team.
While the issue resolves the threat of Kadabra, it leaves the central mystery of the stolen ten years unsolved, with the villain having only hinted at the much larger force behind the erasure of the timeline.
