The third chapter of Avengelyne’s first limited series continues the story of the fallen angel’s mission on Earth. Having been stripped of her grace and most of her power by Heaven, Avengelyne is left with only a holy weapon and her determination to combat the demons and forces of Hell that are attempting to destroy mankind.
The plot deepens the mystery surrounding the true nature of the forces opposing her, including the primary antagonist B’liale. The issue likely features Avengelyne in a major action sequence, confronting supernatural enemies in the modern world while struggling with her new, weaker, mortal state. The story also continues to explore her origins and her relationship with the human race she has sworn to protect.
