- Synopsis: The second Green Arrow, Connor Hawke, travels to New York with his mentor, Master Jansen, to see his mother, Sandra. There, they discover she is still entangled with Connor’s step-father, the ruthless arms dealer Milo Armitage. Armitage claims to be going straight but is secretly operating an illegal high-tech weapons racket. When Connor confronts him, he captures the villain, only to face a moral dilemma: Armitage threatens to reveal secrets that would incriminate Connor’s own mother if he is sent back to prison.
